Free Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions
Promoter
The promoter is: Action Sustainability located at Albert House, 256 – 260 Old Street, London, EC1V 9DD, United Kingdom
This free prize draw is administered on behalf of the Supply Chain Sustainability School.
Eligibility
Entry is open to registered members of Supply Chain Sustainability School who are:
- aged 18 years or over, and
- resident in Ireland at the time of entry
- Employees of the Promoter, the School, or any associated partners, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
How to Enter
To enter the free prize draw, participants must:
- fully complete and submit the IE Supply Chain Sustainability School Impact Survey 2025, including the contact details section, by the closing date.
- Providing contact details is required for entry, as they are necessary to administer the prize draw and contact the winner. Entries submitted without contact details will not be eligible.
- No purchase is necessary. Entry is free.
- The closing date for entries is 30th January 2026.
The Prize
- One (1) winner will receive a sustainable hamper with an approximate retail value of €150.
- The contents of the hamper may vary and are subject to availability.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative prize will be offered.
Winner Selection and Notification
- One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
- The draw will take place within 7 days of the survey closing date.
- The winner will be notified by email within 5 working days of the draw.
- If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Right to Amend or Cancel
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw only where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fraud, technical failure, or legal or regulatory requirements.
Data Protection and Privacy
- Personal data provided as part of this prize draw will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition, including contacting the winner.
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Personal data will be retained for no longer than 3 months after the conclusion of the prize draw, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
- Participants have the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland).
- Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes unless the participant has given separate, explicit consent.
Publicity
The winner’s first name and organisation may be published in Supply Chain Sustainability School communications unless the winner requests anonymity at the time of notification.
General
By entering this free prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to all matters concerning the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by UK law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
