We are committed to achieving net zero carbon by 2030. This means that, as a company, we are working towards a balance between the carbon emissions that we emit into the atmosphere and those that we remove. Our focus is to reduce emissions as much as possible, and then responsibly offset emissions when that is no longer possible.
IPUT owns the largest, prime office and logistics portfolio in Dublin. This gives us a unique opportunity to use the positive power of design and placemaking to shape the city around us. We are stewards of our neighbourhoods and our city, investing in placemaking and the public realm so we can make a positive contribution to society. We take a long-term approach and use placemaking and design to set new standards for health and wellbeing.

Sustainability and Supply Chain
Tackling sustainability issues requires collective action to have greater impact at greater scale. Through engaging with our supply chain partners, we are discovering and implementing more innovative solutions to deliver more efficient and productive workplaces.
We own, develop and manage 80 assets around the city and collaborate with over 500 trusted suppliers playing vital roles in the design, construction and operation of these assets across our portfolio.
Why we have become a Partner of the School
We have been investing in Dublin’s built environment for over 50 years. We want to use our market leadership position to advocate for more sustainable practices in the Irish real estate industry.
The Irish Supply Chain Sustainability School supports the wider uptake of sustainability training, improving our industry and positively shaping our city.
