For individual learning:

The School’s free Maturity Matrix tool has been designed to help you assess your current Sustainability strengths, and to identify the areas in which you can develop your competencies. If you take an individual self-assessment you can transfer your records if you change jobs.

Your assessment will provide you with a tailored learning plan. This generated list of resources tells you where you should focus your learning with direct links to top-quality materials. You can then work through your learning plan in your own time. Once you feel you have a better grasp on the topics highlighted in your learning plan, it’s time to re-assess! Complete the Maturity Matrix again to receive an updated learning plan, and see where you’ve made improvements. The School will track your progress over time.

For organisational development:

Our free Capability Assessment tool will allow you to to ascertain your organisation’s Sustainability capabilities, and give your organisation an action plan. This tailored action plan will list the steps that should be taken to progress on your sustainability journey, along with resources from our library to help you along the way.  You can work through your action plan as a team and once complete, re-assess to move to the next stage. You can also benchmark your organisation’s capability against others in the School.
